There are a few possible ways to make an appointment:

-Send an email to info@earthlingink including your name, phonenumber and a design or sketch, and we will be in touch to make the appointment.
-Send a message via Instagram.

After setting the appointment, our artist starts developing the perfect tattoo for you. The design will be discussed with you from the start till the end, so you will get exactly what you want. Also, the price (or price-range) will be presented to you beforehand.

Prior to the appointment, there are a few things you should know:

-We don't tattoo anyone below the age of 18;
-During the appointment, it is not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
-We can't tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding;
-It's good to read the risks and possible complications information in advance, to make sure you don't have any allergies or diseases that could cause a problem;
-For the aftercare of your tattoo, you will need perfume-free soap;
-For the aftercare of your tattoo, you will need tattoo aftercare ointment*;
-We use Mobile Banking (QR-code payment request) as our payment method**;

*We do sell vegan ointment, but ofcourse you can also buy this yourself.
**If you can't pay by Mobile Banking, let us know beforehand. We can always find a solution.

During the appointment, the procedure goes as followed:

-You're being welcomed with a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of water and make the final changes to your design together with the artist.
-You will be told some information regarding getting and taking care of a tattoo.
-You can take a seat in the comfortable chair and (try to) relax while your new tattoo is being made.

After the appointment:

-We take a photo of your tattoo for our site and Instagram, if you agree ofcourse.
-We send the invoice, form of consent and aftercare instructions to your emailaddress.
-It's time for you to give your tattoo the proper aftercare. This is very important!
-Within 3 monts, you can make an appointment for a touch-up, if it's necessary or if you would like to. Ofcourse, this is only possible after your tattoo has healed completely.
